December Portraits I forgot to post

Two-tone rub-out technique. Little boy i drew. This was a very handsome bald man. He was from the U.K.

Drew this on Christmas for an employee. The picture of the woman was very awkward to draw, but I promise you it looked just like this!

Finished portrait. They really liked it. Only took me about 2 hours! Process...

References of a family of three.

The finished portrait of them together.

References I took for two little British boys. The youngest was crying for the longest time and then smiledreally quickly.

January Portraits

Finished product. This was for Mark who is an EMT at Sea World.

Step 1: Put down base skin tones and draw faces. (this is the weird looking part.)

I drew this couple from photos on a rainy day(Jan 14, 09) and they later picked it up while I was gone. The next day they were in the park again and they made a point to find me and say "Hi, we got our picture done by you yesterday. We love it so much. We just wanted to say thank you." They were so sweat!

Brazillians. She was so pretty. He was kinda scary.
